| Answer: | No. I wouldn't. I haven't read the other responses, but I am an 8.5 in regular shoes myself. However, I always go up 1/2 size to a 9 in athletic shoes and boots without exception. I have long toes and so I think when I wear socks with shoes/boots, I have to go up 1/2 a size. Based on that, because I wear a size 9 in boots, the size 9 was perfect in length and width in these. If you don't go up in size for boots normally and usually wear an 8.5 in boots, I'd recommend getting the 8.5. These boots are really cute and comfortable for the money. Be aware that because the boots are a synthetic material (but still look very good and are more durable in snowy and wet conditions), they have a very strong odor at first! The smell wears off after a while though! It's not like you'll be walking around and people will be wondering "what's that smell?"! It's just opening the box, the smell really hits you in the face. |
