Answer:	I dont think so. I really like them. More like a second skin shoe. Very easy to slip n. They dont rub or hurt my feet. However, not a thick sole. For rocky shore etc, not recommended. Sandy beach, definitely recommended. We kayak and I use them all the time. They dry quickly as well.

Answer:	I have work the Riding bike for a few months and they work well, however, the soles are bendable and you may find that you need to flex/stiffen your feet a bit for a solid anchor on your pedals. It didn't bother me, but a bike officionato (i.e., snob) would probably complain. Would have to try it to know if it works for you, personally.
