Answer:	Hello, I do not know whether it is jpma certified. However in response to the suffocation risk. I think the reviewer above had a defective bassinet because mine does not have that issue. It is completely sturdy and can even hold my own weight for a time when putting my baby down. In order for her not to wake up I have to keep her close to my chest and bend down until she's lying in the bassinet and then I pull my hands out from under her. The bassinet has not shown any signs of crumbling as I briefly put my weight on it. It hardly even moves. We keep it anchored by the straps that you put under your bed. The nonmesh part of the bassinet wouldn't even do much good if it were mesh because that's the part that goes against your bed and your bed is not mesh. Hope this helps!

She is now 11 months old, wears a size small and I could still fit 2 of her in that dress because her build is so slender! The length, however, is perfect so, I'll wait another month and just take some tucks in the bodice and, instead of the skirt stopping on the sides, It's big enough to go all the way around and see it together under her stomach. So, check your measurements. Since your dog is slender like mine, I bet a medium might work--as long as it won't be too short.
