Because my inflatable snow sled mat was scratched broken because of my own accident when i received the goods. Because the knife i used to open package is too sharp. Answer:	You could but we’ve found the air valve keeps popping open when the tube bounces to hard. The heavier the kid the more often it happens. I don’t know if it’s a design feature to prevent it from blowing out the main body of the tube or just an issue with the valve? The tube has held up longer than I expected. It’s slides really fast on the snow.
