Question:	Can these be worn outdoors
Answer:	Yes, I think they run a tad big. I wear a 9.5 in non-boot shoes and ALWAYS wear a 10 in boots. But on these, I needed a 9.5 and I have plenty of room. They fit perfectly. The 10s, my normal boot size, would've been too big.
Question:	Are these Washable
Answer:	They were a little snug the first time I wore them...then after that they took on the shape of foot. Yes wide feet, should have no problem!

Answer:	Yes - I wouldn't wear them on a really wet day. I read somewhere to "season" them by walking in dirt and grass a lot when they are new. When the bottoms get shiny, they are pretty water resistant. I live in a climate with a mild winter and I wore them almost every day last year (with wool socks). Hope that helps!
Question:	I can't figure out the size if i wear size 7 woman
Answer:	I own 3 pairs (2 different styles), and I haven’t seasoned any of them. One pair, I use as my “rough”/whatever weather shoes, and after getting them wet a few times, they’re very slick on the bottoms and I have to be careful when walking just about anywhere. Probably a really good reason to season my other two... Hmm. Now I need to YouTube that. 🤣 My other 2 pairs, I only wear when there’s no rain in the forecast. I love them. Extremely comfortable. No idea how long they last yet. Sorry if I only partially answered your question, but that’s all I got. 😘

Question:	is this an 8.5 size
Answer:	It kind of varies. Leather shrinks and stretches a lot. Right now my new 10s are tight in width and a bit long for my feet (I usually need a 9.5W), so that's about right. But they will stretch to fit within a day or two. It's better to start with them a little tight, I think. My last pair of shoe-style soft soles was quite tight, I wasn't sure if they would be wearable. Within a day they were stretched to fit my feet (getting them wet helps a lot). Then I put them in the oven to dry them, which was stupid. didn't know heat shrinks leather. They came out really small and tight. But I soaked them again and started wearing them around. After a while they fit perfectly again. The other day I finally tried them on without thick winter socks and I realized they are actually quite loose on my feet. I hope they will tighten up a bit for summer. Anyway, size doesn't matter a whole lot for wearing, and it doesn't seem like it would matter too much for soles either. They are very flexible.
Question:	Are these shoes waterproof
Answer:	The sole is leather. It is a real leather moccasin . It is not a bonded other material sole. Inside there is a basic thin foam insole( like a pad) no arch support it is glued to the leather because it is very thin, so it doesn't slip. If you wish they can very easily be ripped out and you will have nothing but leather between you and the world. I'm a " barefoot" old Fla. cracker I wear boots in the world but when the boots come off and it is a little cooler I like a little something else or lots of times my moc's are just the item ,know what i mean? I LOVE 'EM

Answer:	I don't see the soles as double thick, but I might take them on a hike now and then. They really are nice, hand-made, probably were used by Natives hiking back in the day...

Answer:	Are you kidding??? These are THEEE frolicking in the woods shoes. These are made 10x better than you might think for such a simple design. I still wear my thrashed up mocs and not one stitch has come loose and no holes worn through the bottom yet. (And I wear these EVERYWHERE! - On the cement and everything.) Answer:	there are 3 removable links on each side (near the clasp), you need to push the pin out and remove the link/s and re align the remaining link and insert the pin again. There are arrows showing which way to push the pins, and you need tools to properly do it so you will not marr the finish. There is also adjustment on the clasp to shorten the band.
