Answer:	I have been wearing these over 20 years and the size has always been consistent. I was the nurse for 43 years for the first 23 years I could not find a comfortable shoe until I found ASICS. Trust me 12 hour shifts are much better better with a pair of ASICS on.

The impacta absorption is not the greatest but nothing that a orthopedic stuff could not resolve...

Answer:	I usually wear 8.5 in most shoes. In Nikes and running shoes I wear 9 or 9.5. I tried these in 8.5, 9 and 9.5. I kept the 9.5. They are roomy and super comfortable. The others were too tight for me.

Question:	I mix trail with road and cross training. Are these versatile enough for this type of use
Answer:	The sole is more less flat, with soft spikes on the surface. Some of these spikes have fallen off due to running on concrete and asphalt, so I should probably not run on roads anymore. Shoes might be a bit soft for doing squats and deadlifts in the gym.

Answer:	I run on asphalt here on base in them. They work great, especially on dirty surfaces. I never tried them on track, but judging by how aggressive the treads are, I think they would be too sticky for that.

Answer:	Very soft, and wears out fast. The sole of my pair of speedcross 4 showed signs of serious wear after only two months and about 50 miles. I am a little disappointed since they are not inexpensive shoes.

Answer:	If I'm not mistaken, it means Trail Runner. The number is just the edition. The TR12 is the latest version of the trail runner.

Answer:	There’s only one TR model. TR 12 is the latest generation of TR. TR 11 was the previous generation. TR 10 before that, etc.

Answer:	I don't know. I know they usually have a Regular and a Wide. If it helps you I have really wide feet and their regular 11.5 and wide 11.5 fit great. So its possible their shoes are a bit on the wider side in general. I have very wide feet and these shoes fit better than most out of the box so take that in to consideration.

Answer:	I don’t run but I do have severe planter fasciitis and they seem to be helping my feet not to hurt as much as they were before these shoes!

Answer:	Yes. But, order one size larger. They run small anyway. I ordered mine in my normal size, and I just got into them as it is. I wanted extra support, so I don't mind as much. I would never be able to put in an orthotic and my foot.
