| Answer: | Hey there, The color variation in the bars is a natural side effect of how we produce them and what we use to color them. Instead of a dye we use a pigment powder (annatto seed power). We also use cold process production to make the bars, meaning it takes 6 weeks for the bars to fully cure once everything is mixed and poured into molds. During that time there is some natural settling of the pigment powder which results in some bars being a bit more orange and others being a bit less orange, but the formula remains the same. If we can get rid of gravity then our powder will remain completely uniform in the mixture through the curing process, but until then we will have some color variation. I've never worn Nike, so can't directly compare, but I bought my true measured shoe size and the fit was a little tight initially. Within a few workouts, they broke in nicely and now fit perfectly, like a second skin.I think if I had gone up even half a size, they would be a little looser than ideal for sprinting for me. Overall, good quality shoes. I only use them 2 or 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes, but they have held up well over the past 9 months. |
