Answer:	From it's attachment to the chain of it's key chain ring, the outer protective cover w/ thumb tab measures 1 3/4" Long x 1 1/8"wide (their longest pts.) The magnifying glass fits snugly, flips out of case. Diameter mag glass 12/16". You have to tilt mag glass to read a ring interior. OA it's a nice piece to attach to my key ring, but the screw that holds the case/glass together came unscrewed one day and fell apart. It needs to be checked periodically & tightened like the screws in eye glass frames. I did loose an integral part, but remedied the situation by threading an unused key ring through the hole where the screw once was.
