| Answer: | I was a 32C prepreg, 4'10" 106 lbs. I've grown to a 34DD according to measurements at 28 weeks, about 120 lbs. I ordered a small, but I found it a bit tight- not uncomfortable, but lots of support. I was on the 2nd largest hooks, and the shoulder straps were at the level they shipped at, about an inch shorter than the largest size available, so it could've been adjusted as the elastic wears out. I believe it would have fit fine for daytime, but I had 2 concerns: 1-I will probably get a little bigger once my milk comes in, 2-I was looking for something comfy for lounging/sleeping. I ordered a medium and its a more comfortable fit for my purposes. You could go either way, if you want more support go with small. If you want it a bit more sleeping bra-like, go for medium. |

The sizing of XL is best for 38-42 so it's probably your best bet although there may not be quite enough volume in the cups for you.
