Follow these easy steps to fill your jewelry urn

1. Place the thin towel on an ample workspace. This ensures that all urn parts are visible and close at hand.

2. Layout the tools, supplies, and container with ashes on the towel.

3. Lay the piece of paper on top of the towel. Take a small portion of cremains and place them on the paper. Use the spoon to separate large bits (if any) of ashes from fine ashes. (You can also use the small sieve to separate any larger bits from the fine ashes). The paper will also collect stray ashes while you're filling the urn.

4. Locate the screw cap on the jewelry, and open the ash chamber.

5. With the plastic spoon, scoop a small amount of the fine ashes from the paper.

6. Place the small funnel into the compartment opening. If the jewelry doesn’t lie flat, use a clothespin to hold the jewelry upright with the opening at the top. (Or, consider having a family member or friend help you.)

7. Pour a small number of ashes from the spoon into the funnel. Gently shake the ashes through the funnel. If needed, use the needle to gently push ashes through the funnel. Be sure not to fill the chamber to the top. There needs to be room to easily put the screw back without disturbing the ashes.

8. Use the needle to clear away any cremains from the threads. The cap should easily screw back in without obstruction.

9. To finish, wipe your urn necklace with a fine cotton cloth

Answer:	The best way I can describe it is that when I wear it on the longest section of the necklace, it still feels like short necklace to me. It isn't long at all. Question:	It reads never rust, however we live on the Ocean, how well will it truly hold up
Answer:	At that time I had ordered quite a few different necklaces. A few of them were very similar to that one, ordered different ones due to not knowing sizes and many different makers. The one I'm wearing now ( haven't taken it off since December) could possibly be that exact one. I've showered, been in the pool and even been to the ocean and have had zero issues. On the other hand, I did receive others that are very similar and my only complaint was that the threading was a little looser than I would like and have not used them or gave them away yet. I believe I am wearing the one you have interest in and love it. I would recommend ordering a couple from different vendors and see what works for you. The tear drops are nice as well, ordered two and we've had zero issues as well ( large family I bought all these for). Try a few, they were cheap enough and worse case scenario is you have a few back ups. Hope this helped. Good luck on your search and sorry if you've had a loss.

Answer:	They appear to be waxed nylon cord.
Question:	Did not receive the product. Tracking says wea left inside of mailbox but I do live in a building where the mailbox is locked
