Answer:	Right before the "P" in Pandora on the clasp there are three lines. Slide your finger nail in the middle line and the clasp will open. To close place the other end of the bracelet in the round groove on the clasp and pinch together to close. For me it took a little practice...lol:)). Now, I have the hand of it. Hope this helps.
