Answer:	Yes...and there is a cross body strap especially for this purpose; however, I found some imitators (in leather only as well for less than l/2 the price. In the Bostanten the inner purse is flimsey and rolls around inside the big bag. In those imitators (I have purchased two of them one for me and one for a gift) and their inner bag is leather and it too comes with a cross body strap and can be used as a cross body bag (outer bag and smaller bag) which is also leather. These imitators are available in a lot of colors (more than Bostanten).

Answer:	The Sidewall is ALWAYS there down or up as a porch. The Canvas that covers the wall does not detach from the main canvas canopy. The metal extentions are attached to the rest of the main frame also. So it swings up or down. However you can open a window on it. Hope this helps. We love ours. Husbands using it for a Ham Radio event this week. We have the lighted canopy too. In retrospect we wish we had two of the swing walls and would trade the lighted one for this if it was possible. I put these up by myself a lot. So I made a sandbag for each leg that allows the legs to sit on top of these and helps me to work around letting the legs down. When you have two people it's a lot easier. Another hint on any of these is don't secure the canopy top at the corners until you are ready to extend the legs as it can bind up and you are fighting against yourself to push up the center peak.
