User questions & answers
Question: | does it have any thing that can slip over the handle of a roller bag |
Answer: | go to granger and ckeck it out |
Question: | Does this bag fit under an airplane seat |
Answer: | I think the bearings are sealed but I take my motor off every season and put a few drops of sewing machine oil with a ink jet refill needle threw holes over the bearings. This seams to extend life!! Some time when I get time I'm going to build an extension to keep the motor farther away from the stove heat witch is the real problem for the motors going bad. |
Question: | Does this bag fit in international carry-on (55x40x20cm |
Answer: | According to the spec sheet provided (under downloads / other documentation) the Dayton 1TDP3 is a PSC (permanent split-capacitor) motor, which is a type of AC induction motor using a capacitor to generate a phase offset between the run and start windings. Although the capacitor is used for starting, it remains in the circuit while the motor is running. PSC motors are designed to be run at variable speeds, but it's important that the controller be suitable for PSC motors. For example, the manufacturer spec sheet for the KB Electronics KBWC-13K says "... provides infinitely variable speed motor control for Shaded Pole, Permanent Split Capacitor and Universal (AC/DC) motors." And, of course, make sure that the controller is rated for at least the max current (0.45A), at a suitable voltage (115-120V) and at the highest temperature you'll be using it at (max 104F). Other speed controllers may say something like "Not to be used with capacitor start or capacitor run motors," which may either not work at all or may cause inefficiency and overheating or permanent damage to the motor. |
Question: | I am also looking at a Osprey Porter 65, does anybody know how these tow compare? Both size and strength |
Answer: | No absolutely not. First turn off your boiler. Make sure to close the valve that adds water to your system if it's open. Close the boiler inlet and outlet valves. Bleed the pressure off from a low point (boiler drain valve). Drain off 1-2 quarts. You can screw the relief valve off and add your (vigorously shaken) Hercules product through there. Screw relief valve back on. Make sure drain valve is shut. Open boiler inlet and outlet valves. Open make-up water valve to top off your system. Turn on Boiler and presto your leak will stop. Good Luck, Chief Boiler Engineer. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Will this hold my 17" Laptop |
Answer: | There is no difference. I called the manufacturer and they said they have never produced a "limited edition" version. Don't get scammed. I've alerted Amazon about this but they have not removed the seller or item. |
Question: | Does it hold a 16 inch laptop |
Answer: | Wish I could tell you. I thought the cheaper infantino was more comfortable on the back it has an x pattern for support this has the strap that goes horizontally. I'm having problems with that right now hurting my lower back. My daughter is 20lbs right now so I just carry her in my arms at this point. I'm 6ft male. 180lb. So all I'm saying is that the back support really does make a difference if you are a woman. My wife has been using it still, but her lower back hurts because she can't carry her in her arms all day. Try the cheap one first at your local babies r us. If you don't like it return it. |
Question: | will it fit under airline seat |
Answer: | I'm currently a Target size XXL in tops, size 20-22 in bottoms and I found this carrier extremely comfortable. It is adjustable in all the places I need it, and I have no problem getting enough strap extension. It's my favorite (of 6*, sadly, and most way more expensive, argh). My husband prefers the Infantino Newborn Unison because it has straps that cross in the back, and its stretchy fabric feels super comfortable and... maternal/paternal somehow - and holds the baby closer to the body than any of the others (our kid pushes back a lot). The biggest worry is that eventually the Convertible's thin strap padding (come on, at this price point, something has to be less than perfect!) will wear out - but I found a backpack strap wrap for extra padding, so this is still top for me. *Baby Ktan, Onya Outback, a water moby-like wrap, Infantino Mei Tai, the 2 listed above, and I tried a friend's Ergobaby |
Question: | What is the warranty on the backpack |
Answer: | No, it comes together. |
