Answer:	The size and the fabric/color are different. The international layover is definitely smaller. More of a weekend bag. The color is also different. At the airport, the pindot design on the international bag stands out much more than the all black design. As a side note, we have 3 Ogio bags. For longer trips, my husband uses the layover travel bag (black) - which when I bought it, it was called the "terminal" travel bag. I use the int'l layover (pindot) and the int'l terminal (pindot). For shorter trips (2 days) I use the int'l layover and my husband will carry a duffle bag. ALL of the bags are fantastic. Very durable and versatile. But if you are looking for a larger bag, the int'l layover is probably not what you want. Hope this helps.
