I love this shirt! The under layer is a nice, thicker material and not see through.. And im wearing white! I am 5'6" and 150lbs and the medium fit perfect. It hides any stomach pooch or muffin top. I sized up to a large because I wanted it to be loose and roomy. For reference I’m 5’-6”, 150 lbs and usually wear a medium in tops.

I am 5'5" and 120 pounds. Bought the small in purple and royal blue. Fit well. Probably wouldn't have hurt to get medium. Lovely shirts. Length to waist.
