They really hold your body heat in the winter and are cozy. In summer, you will just find you only need a sheet or a light blanket, because they do seem to hold your body's heat. But it's, by no means, a problem. I only have a fitted sheet over mine to take full advantage of the Memory Foam.

Answer:	Yes with provisos .... The walls will need to be parallel and the right distance apart (min 35 inches and max 50 inches). If the walls are brick or concrete, you'll need proper masonry screws - best to talk to your hardware store about that. Using the provided end-cups held in place with the 4 provided screws should provide a secure mounting. You can use longer screws if your doorframe is thick enough. Answer:	You can, but it’s really meant to stay put wherever you decide to put it. For the most secure mounting, First you drill the ancho cups into the wall. Then you “unscrew” the ends of the bars to lengthen it till it’s tight against the cups and use a small retaining screw to keep the bar from being able to shorten and fall out.

Answer:	Yes, it will work. The door can be no more than 40 inches wide. In your case, the "grippers" or "bumpers" should overhand the door facing by about 2 inches on each side. That should be enough to hold you up. In my opinion, as long as you perform the pull-ups correctly, you shouldn't have to worry about the device slipping or shifting.From my review: One thing to make sure of: Wall thickness! I have walls in an older home that are about 8 inches thick. This pull-up bar only fits walls that are 7 inches at most. I had to look all over the house for someplace where the wall was thin enough to fit this. I eventually found out my walk-in closet (a recent renovation) was thin enough. Now, I have to wallk back to my bedroom closet to exercise. It's not ideal, but it works. Six to seven inches is the ideal range for wall-thickness here. Also, the doorway needs to be between 24 and 40 inches wide and at least a foot away from any wall or corner, otherwise, your pull-up bar will not fit.
