Answer:	Yes, it is comfortable enough to sleep in. I have done it several times. I expected it to be itchy and “wooly” feeling but it’s actually very soft.

Answer:	If there is a plastic coating, I can't feel it or see it. I wash mine in warm water and dry on high with other clothes. The only issue I have is they stretch out a bit after wearing them so order a size down from what you usually get. BTW their heavier weight wool leggings are super and will be my go to alone as top layer. They are thicker and hold their shape when wearing more than once. The midweight are ideal as an underlayer if doing multi layers or alone when not too cold (50F)IMO.

We have had some petite women buy the children's sizing, either 152 (5 ft) or 164 (5 ft 4 in), but they are cut much more narrowly, and they have a round neckline, rather than the V-neck. Answer:	I don't know the official equivalent, but this underwear runs small. So when you find out the US equivalent size you might want to order one size up. The material is very stretchy, which helps, but the waist elastic and the cuffs could be uncomfortably tight and leave red marks on skin.
