Answer:	95% Rayon + 5% Spandex make these extremely soft and therefore, comfortable to wear. Of possible interest to you as well, are the Care Instructions on the tag: Wash Temp max 40C, Normal process, whatever that means. 40 C = 104 F by the way; I Googled it. The Drying Instructions say "Do NOT Tumble Dry" - a nuisance because you have to wait for these to dry either flat or by hanging them up. Either way, you can't dry these in the machine due to their high rayon content. This is conveniently not mentioned in the Product Description... Had it been, I don't know if I would have purchased these, although now that I have them and am wearing them, I do not regret the purchase despite the drying inconvenience.

Answer:	There is a stretchy drawstring waist. I sized up and got an extra large when I'm normally a medium because I really like big pajamas, so there's definitely a lot of space for a belly. However, it probably won't be good for when you really pop and you're 7-9 months pregnant. I don't think it's that stretchy.
