Answer:	I have not used my Prismacolor pencils since I got this. I have been using pens only. There is a moderate tooth which you can feel, as compared to being very smooth. If you have any other Grumbacher Mixed Media paper, it will act about the same. The part I love is the ability to take the pages out, work on them comfortably, and put them back into the notebook to keep them safe and together. I would think that it has enough tooth to hold the medium, but that the blending would be easy. Tooth is not as rough as a watercolor paper.
