Answer:	I don’t think it had latex but not sure!? I ordered this product twice and did not have any problems.

Answer:	Stick with your "true" size, if you wear a large because you like the extra room then get a medium. I typically wear a small but got an extra small to really get some better results. Please keep in mind that it will be a bit difficult to get it on the first time around but once you do the trainer molds in a way to your form. Just like your bra has three stations so does this. I'm on the smallest/closest one now, the other two rows of eyes can not be seen when I " hook" up the waist trainer. I hope this helps and best of luck.

Answer:	I am going to be very honest with you on this product. I have a 24 inch waist and a large amount of my hooks came apart on the second day I wore mine. I used it while at the gym and the product worked well the first day of using it but, after that it fell apart.

Answer:	You should buy a small. I'm a 29" waist and I got an extra small. If you get a medium, that would defeat the purpose of buying a trainer. Hope this helps.
