I read ALL the questions and reviews before ordering a med and lg because so many people say to order a size smaller. I’m 4’11”, 125lbs with a 33 waist and the lg barely fit on the widest setting. Almost pulled my fingers from the nailbed trying to stretch the thing. I’m gonna send back the med and order an xl. I’ll keep the large until I try the xl. Considering I wear a med in JR. I’d say this runs small. Order your size and the next up to see what works best.

Answer:	It is 80% Neoprene & 20% Polyester. And it compresses your tummy to the max & it’s super tight so you have back support and comfort. It also has corset clips and a zipper and a belt that will bring your waist in, within 2 days of using it.

Answer:	An XXL will be fine. This brand does not stretch so the first time you put them on, you might struggle a bit and you’ll be fine. As soon as you get them on it will become easier whenever you wear them again. Enjoy! 😊
