Answer:	It depends what you weigh. I weigh 150lbs. I wear a 40DDD and this fits very nicely. There are other websites that offer more sizes. If not a 46, I've seen them in a size 42 or 44. Often, if you can't get a 46, if you size down to a 44, then get a 44dd, or a 42ddd. Many times, that works. Better yet, order a couple of options. Good luck! I love this bodysuit. Answer:	I'mt he same wait and a little bit shorter and it fits really snug (especially in the but area) and its kind of crooked. It smooths out the tummy but doesn't do a whole lot for sucking in. The Rago shaper is better for holding in. And it doesn't go as high up as the picture shows.
