My chest is heavy and these bras hold me in, and my boobs don't hang lower as a result of the compression (my chest doesn't sag regardless though so that's also just my body). But it isn't intended as a push up. If you ordered a size too small and stuffed your chest into it as "overflow" then it would lift. But that would probably be uncomfortable and not the purpose of these bras. They are very comfy though so I'd suggest trying fhem anyway.

Answer:	Thats a tough one. Based on the sizing, I would try the XL. I have the 2XL, I normally wear a 40DD. This is a great and comfortable bra and very giving where I think it ranges on the sizes.
