Answer:	According to their size chart you are right on the cuff of a large and XL. I personally think they run large, when I normally where a large I wear a medium in this style.

Answer:	No, not to thigh. I'm 5'1" and comes about mid bottom only.

Answer:	No. It's loose but the fabric actually grabbed areas I wanted to hide (butt and belly). I wear mostly 100% cotton or cotton blend pants so maybe that's the problem for me. And, everyone is built differently. Maybe if you are large busted it hold the fabric out a bit and wouldn't grab the belly. Hope this helps.
