Answer:	Yes but that part has a little elastic band around the string it so it can get more tight or more loose but it has a elastic piece so it will only loosen up so much. I hope that makes sense. If you size up the look really cute baggy and that will give you room to grow. I’m 5’4” 140 pound and the medium forms to my body a large would be a little big but still really cute. I just wanted it more snug for Vegas.
