Answer:	There is no difference. The 5Xl is the same as 5X or 5XB. If you need tall then it goes to 5XLT. I have the 2XL and it fits perfect. I’m tall at 6’5” and about 270 depending on what crap I want for dinner. It is plenty tall and fits around me just a bit bigger than a perfect shirt. I like that though for the fact I can move around a bit. The sleeves are a little short and that’s where a tall may have been better but for what I use it for, I just roll them up anyway. Hope this helps to some degree.
