Answer:	I don’t believe they offer exchanges, but they do offer free returns. I returned a medium pair for free. (The fingers were too short, but the rest of the glove fit well.) Then I reordered a large pair.

Answer:	The gloves I received were more of a spandex acrylic blend. Better than nothing in cold weather, but definitely not as warm as wool. When I ordered these, the description said they had a wool lining. Mine did NOT have a wool lining. I contacted the seller and was given a discount for the error in description. The good thing about these is the grips in the palm area that make it easier to grip a steering wheel. The bad thing...not as warm as I had expected.

Answer:	I carry mail and walk 10+ miles a day with these in 28-32 degree weather comfortably. If you are active they are awesome. Also good for driving.

Answer:	They run small. I always use a ladies medium, but they were too small so I had to send them back. I have not found them available so I could not order the large size.

Answer:	No, they are not fleece-lined. These are best suited to be summer riding gloves. My hands have gotten quite cold while wearing them in the winter! They're very breathable and therefore don't hold in much heat.

Answer:	You need a flexible tape measure and you measure all the way around your hand. I start at my thumb, go across my palm and around the back of my hand to my thumb again.

Answer:	The ones we bought were a light to medium-sized don't brown. Very nice looking and nice gloves according to my daughter. That was a quite a few years ago however. I'm using my phone right now and the color looks just like what we received back then. Hopefully that helps you.
Question:	Why are you charging so much more money for the small glove which require less fabric to make
Answer:	I don't think so. I bought size 8 for my 14 year old granddaughter and they fit very well. You might contact the manufacturer.
