Answer:	They are sturdy, however several have where the zipper has fallen off.

Answer:	You cannot, the hanger is attached. Although the fabric is very thin and flimsy, so you probably could use scissors and just cut the hanger out, but it won't look pretty.

Answer:	My wife's Brotrade jewelry organizer which she is every please with is a double sided well made item. The first 6 rows from top have 4 pockets across each is approx 100 mm wide with a depth of 80 mm for each pocket. The 7th row has 3 pocket of approx 139 mm wide by 90 mm deep The 8th row has 2 pockets of approx 210mm wide by 115 mm deep The whole thing is just over 430 mm wide but because of seam, stitching pocket sizes are going to be a little smaller. The one my wife got is well made and the zips across all pockets work very well. My wife has it hanging on the back of the bedroom door and she uses both sides of the jewelry organizer. The total weight with jewelry is 1.8 Kg or about 4 lbs. My wife's old jewelry organizer was a piece of junk and fell to bits under the load, but the Brotrade is well made and is not showing any signs of not being able to carry the load. My wife tells me she is delighted with it and loves the zip closing over each pocket

Answer:	I've only seen it / used it in a front to back motion... when you are extended it puts considerable strain on your back and core, so doing a side to side might end up putting too much strain on those areas... not to mention it would just be awkward. Answer:	It is plastic, but it has the look of porcelain. It really doesn't look plastic-y or cheap. There is a soft backing underneath so it won't scratch your dresser.

Answer:	This is a really great jewelry organizer -- I love it. However, looking at mine to answer your question, I don't really see any way to hold earrings up in the pockets, but, you only have to put your fingers down about a little more than an inch or so in the pocket to get them out. A suggestion would be to save the cardboard your earrings are on when you purchase them and use that to put them in the pocket -- then you could display the earrings more easily.

Answer:	They actually vary in sizes which is nice. A few row will hold like 2 pair of earrings and then a few rows are deeper and wider. I love using those actually for my makeups! Perfect for mascara tubes, eyeliner pens, brow pencils etc. I just love mine , I have 2. It organizes stuff so I know and can see exactly what I have.

Answer:	i don’t have any problems my door opens and closes very tightly.
Question:	Do the brackets for hanging on a door fit the door snugly? My door is just under 1.5” thick
Answer:	My door is the same thickness and it fits well. If you want it a little tighter you can bend the bracket a little before you hang it. Personally I didn't do that it fits fine.
Question:	I didn't get the screws and the mount..how can I get that
Answer:	Mine was missing as well but have not gotten a response from the seller

Answer:	It can hold quite a few. The challenge is the chunkier, statement necklaces as they can only fit on the inside section where it's deeper. The hooks on the inside of the door are better for chains. I haven't used the ring section yet as I don't have that many but about at least 20 can fit. Hope this helps!

Answer:	It's both. The main frame is solid wood but the back is particleboard but don't let that worry you, it's very well built and looks great. My wife loves it

Question:	I bought this for my girlfriend while deployed. She just received it and said that the mirror looks like a "circus" mirror in a fun house and I'm worried that it is warped. Is there a protective film over the mirror that she perhaps forgot to take off or did anyone else have this problem
Answer:	Yes, I have the exact same problem. The mirror looks just like a circus mirror. It is scratched and distorted. When you tap on it, it sounds like plastic. There was a protective piece of plastic on it but I tore that off and If there is another plastic coating on it, it is stuck so well that I cannot find an edge to peel it off. I have used a flash light and gone all the way around the edge looking for one. I am extremely disappointed. I have emailed the seller to see if there is a plastic coating on it and what the trick is to getting it off otherwise, no way the mirror can be used.
