Answer:	Sleeves are not sherpa but a nylon quilted. From experience I prefer this as it makes putting on/off the shirt/jacket easier as fleece causes friction making the sleeves stick. Answer:	I’m 5”8” 177 male. I bought size large which fits okay except the sleeves are a little long for me—about 34”. I prefer 32”.
