Answer:	When you click on the color, look in the description section for the percentage cotton vs poly. Because not all colors are 90-10 cotton vs poly. Other colors are 85-15 or 65-35%.

Answer:	I would think so. Bought 2XL for 18 year old who's 245lbs. Fit well without being tight under arms or shoulders.
