Question:	Are these soft? And are these more of a cotton or a felt material
Answer:	Yes. I had these 20x12.50 tires on a 10 wide rim but I know your highest recommended half inch wheel width less than the actual tire width at most but you don’t want to put them on any wider of a rim. That’s stretching the width too much and will eat the shoulders and also make it unsafe. I wouldn’t go wider than 12 though with a 12.50 wide tire. Best to consult a professional tire shop though.
