Answer:	I have same problem. Mine only reaches to first hole and originally was difficult even getting in it. I was able once to get it in 2d hole, tried again today and couldn't. Feel it may stretch with time(?).

Answer:	It doesn't change the date until 2-4 am, it takes a couple hours for it to change the date, I had two different styles of these watches, they both did the same. Great watch other than that.

To set the time *(refer to full-setting instructions here: Manual ):

1. Stop the second hand by pulling the crown out to the 2nd click (time setting position).
2. Turn the crown to set the time.
3. The watch will start after the crown is firmly pushed back into its normal position

To set the Calendar*:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click (calendar setting position).
2. Set the desired date by turning the crown counterclockwise.
3. Set the desired day of the week by turning the crown clockwise.
4. After you have set the calendar, be sure to press the crown back to its normal position

*Do not adjust the calendar when the watch is reading between 9:00 pm and 4:00 am, otherwise the movement may become damaged and the calendar may not change correctly

Question:	does the cristal have anti-reflex coating
Answer:	I can not verify this an anti-reflex coating on the crystal. According to the spec sheet on their website, it only mentions it has a mineral crystal. I can however tell you it is very tough. I was wiping off the side of my refrigerator and accidentally hit the counter top. It left a slight mark on the crystal. I was upset at first but then buffed it with headlight lens restoration polish and it looks brand new. So for what it's work if it isn't anti-reflex, it is resilient and polishes well.

Answer:	The dial at the 3 o'clock position is for 24 hr time. The dial at 6 o'clock is for seconds. The dial at 9 o'clock is for chronograph minutes. The big second hand is actually for chronograph seconds. Keeps very good time. Love the leather wristband. luminous hands are very easy to read in the dark.

Answer:	There are no batteries. The watch is powered by any source of light. Sunlight, or even normal light sources such as a lamp! There is, however, some type of internal gizmo that can “go bad”. My local watch dealer told me that if it does go bad, which is very rare, it costs about $60. to replace. The regular price of a Citizen Ecodrive watch is, frankly, pretty inexpensive when compared to Tag Huer or Rolex or Omega. I own four EcoDrive watches. Great variety of styles and a good reliable watch. I am NOT officiated with the Citizen Company... I’m just a customer.
