When I ordered mine it was size 10.5 M (no "D") and the fit was way too small! Almost as if it was a women's shoe. The material was literally "bulging" out everywhere. Read the comments & reviews and you will see others had the same issue. I was about to throw in the towel but decided to return them and try a different size 10.5 2E, and that shoe fits absolutely perfect and is one of *THE* most comfortable shoes I have ever owned in my life! Great value for the price, and the memory foam and "spongy" type sole make for a very pleasant walking experience. My recommendation is not order the M but try the E. |

Air mesh go walk 4 slip on. To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel. 2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent. 3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap. 4. Allow shoes to air dry.

| Answer: | The soles of these shoes somehow come out from underneath my feet. I'm not sure how else to explain it because I've never experienced it with anything but flip flops. The point is, do not wear these for tennis or anything else where you might move to the side. Since I take my dogs for walks and their pattern of "walk" is "serpentine," I can't wear them anymore. I probably only wore them a dozen times, each time nearly rolling my ankle as my foot went to the side and the shoe just slipped. I guess this could be user error, but I'm 41, a former very active athlete, and still active adult, yet these are the first shoes I've owned that do this. |

| Answer: | I found the length to be ok at size 11 or 10-1/2. My concern is for the width, as I find these slightly narrower for my preference. Normal crew socks are a bit tight in the Medium, and at least when I bought the next available width up with very wide, EEE. Seemed too wide to try. Thin socks are ok, but if width is a concern I recommend going to a store where you can try them, or be prepared to return. Because of the width issue, for dress slip-ons I went to Rockport, where I can get wide (E). |
