Answer:	These may be able to go in the washing machine however we don't recomend it in the case that it breaks down the glues in the shoe. They will likely be just fine though as I have put similar shoes in the washing machine with towels. If you do this, make sure you let them air dry and do not put them in the dryer. Answer:	They're true to sizes in Keens. I find that I wear a half-size smaller in Keens than in some other brands. If you're thinking about ordering them and you've never worn Keens, go try some on at your local high-priced camping store. The sizes will be the same.

Answer:	I wear an 8-8.5 in most shoes. I wear an 8.5 in a women’s Newport H2, and a 7 in a men’s Newport H2. The men’s is a bit wider, with a smidge lower arch, and a rounder toebox. Some women with wider feet, prefer the men’s shoe.
