Answer:	There isn't any way to know for certain. The compressibility of the carpet, the weight of the chair with person, etc. My"guess" is that it would be no problem. It is very strong. I roll off the edge occasionally into thick carpet and roll back on without getting out of the chair without damage.

Answer:	I weigh 300 pounds. I walk and roll over it all day long. It flexes a bit and shows no sign of cracking or weakness. I would think that a rocking chair for some one under 250 pounds would be even easier on the mat. The only thing is that it moves around a bit as I roll on it. Pay attention of how to "secure" it to various types of flooring and carpeting. Also, measure the area and in hindsight I would get the largest one available for that area. Best Regards.

Answer:	I can only answer as a consumer/owner giving his best guess. The mat is made to withstand up to 1,000 lbs. I can't imagine your desk exerting anywhere near that type of force. It sounds like your only concern is to level up the other corners of your desk.

Answer:	I don't notice static at all, but it could be my environment: the mat sits on top of a wool rug. It does "creep" a bit but I don't mind -- it's easy to push back an inch or so. I love this mat a lot -- it's very classy and at last my chair doesn't get stuck in those plastic ruts! The surface is so slick that the chair sometimes "spins out", but not a problem. Note: the dimensions given for the two sizes are a little short on both sides, so I'd advise getting the larger one if you have any question. I ordered the larger and received the 36 x 48 instead. It was a hassle to return and get the right size (40 x 53), but they finally delivered and credited me for the smaller one. The 40 x 53 is actually 39.5 x 53. I'd recommend it.

Answer:	I am sorry but I do not understand that question? It is a gel seat cushion? It does not slide when you sit on it if that is what you mean? It also has a cover that you can remove to wash. I love mine so far & it has been over one month using it for 8-10 hours per day. It is also has some type of gel inside that keeps your butt cooler. I can feel it through the cover. I love mine.

Answer:	I think it will help to a degree, but keep in mind it is somewhat thin. You might consider a cushion with a central cutout to relieve tailbone pressure. I use the Tsumbay Cushion on a chair that already has as memory foam seat in order to supplement the cushioning effect. I think used on a hard surfaced chair the Tsumbay Cushion will not provide very much comfort in your situation. That's just my $0.02 without truly knowing your situation though.

I had the same problem, so I ordered a gas lift for my office chair. It's called MySit 6" long stroke office chair gas lift cyclinder, from Amazon it was $21.99 but well worth it. I can now sit at my chair with no problem. It goes up pretty high but you can adjust it to where you want. I love it and I think you will to. Beats buying another chair just to find out it will not go up as far as you want it to. I hope this helps...

The plum buckles can enhance the stability of the seat cushion.it will keep the seat cushion in the place, prevent the seat cushion falling off from your seat when you get in and out of the car. You slide it between the bottom of the seat back, and the seat bottom.
