Answer:	Yes i tried getting a replacement about 8 months after my purchase, since the bags started inflating. I first contacted them through the website listed on the bags. No response. I then tried calling Amazon for help which they told me to contact the seller directly, to which i did. No response. Buy cautiously.

We currently don't have any custom settings available for Spotify, however all of our Shuttle products are designed to work with any program you can run on your computer. If Spotify has keyboard shortcuts for the functions you're describing, then you can likely create custom settings for the program within the Shuttle software by configuring the keyboard shortcuts in the driver and creating your own custom settings. Please keep in mind that all versions of the Shuttle are designed specifically for audio/visual applications, and the Shuttle software only applies settings to the currently clicked-on and active program on your computer (the "in-focus" program). If you're looking to use the ShuttleXpress as a controller for Spotify as it's running in the background while you're using a different program in focus (i.e. Spotify is playing but you're currently using a web browser, Microsoft Word or any other program in the foreground), then the Shuttle will only work on the active program (not Spotify) and may not be a good fit for your needs. Answer:	You'll need to purchase an external dvd drive if you require one. There seems to be a discrepancy in the description of "Business Desktop". This a gamer computer and keyboard. It's definitely a hot rod.

Answer:	I know this does not answer your question, but it works with Windows 8.1, and usually the problems of compatibility come with the latest OS. And it also works with Mac OS X Maverics. Answer:	If you buy the boxed edition it comes with the installation dvd and the activation code is included in the box. The installation process will connect to the internet to download any program updates. The updates will be activated with the same code that came in the box. If you want to be able to burn bluray disks you will have to purchase a license through the program after it is installed.

Question:	Have you fixed the zipper problem so many people are complaining about
Answer:	I'm not clear as to what you are asking. It only accepts composite video and S-video with L-R stereo audio. If only audio is plugged in only audio will be sent to the out put section of the device. Only video is connected only video will be sent. To my knowledge you can not select only audio or only video if both are connected at the same time. You can however select between S-video or Composite video, but only one audio input so whichever video is selected the same audio will be played with either one of the videos selected.
