Question:	What is the warranty on these? Is it still the lifetime warranty
Answer:	Weight is subjective...depends on size. I wear size 14 and I'm sure they weight twice as much as a small mans size. I shopped in a store before buying and compared these to a number of other brands and they are among the lighter weight boots among of the better brands. I found some inexpensive brands that were much lighter but not very good quality. They are not so heavy as to feel weighted. They are not as stiff as I anticipated them to be either.
Question:	My dad works at a dairy and has a bad back. Was wondering if these are comfortable warm and waterproof
Answer:	YES！The length of my foot is 27.5cm, i chose 10.5, alought the shoe size is a littler bit large, but it prove the size chart is true. i think 10 is perfect fit to my foot's size.

Answer:	Timberland White Ledge boots are not insulated and so are not particularly warm in and of themselves. However, because they're mostly leather with few seams, they are very waterproof (many boots claim to be waterproof but are not--too many seams and non-leather parts) and keep your feet dry which helps keep them comfortable. You can buy insulated boots, but unless you're like my sister-in-law (her feet are always cold), they will be too warm in the summer. I much prefer to wear a non-insulated boot and then make them feel warmer/cooler by wearing wool socks in winter and cotton socks in summer. As long as your feet stay dry and you have good moisture-wicking wool socks, this sock method works for me in the winter. Make sure there's enough room in the boots for thicker wool socks--cramped feet will always feel cold.
Question:	Does the sole split from the boot
Answer:	Yes, it works on snow. It is the very first shot boot I ever have. And if you notice I use "IS" not "WAS", because I am still wearing it now, since 2004. It is 15 years already. I only use it in winter time and raining day when the weather condition will not be safe with regular sneakers. I use this boot as snow day shoes in each year, for 15 years now, and the shoe is still in very good condition. I am thinking to get a second pair in different color now. BUT, I will not give this boot a 5 -star rating due to the very poor design of the show lace. For no reason, this round shoe lace constantly got loose when I was walking. After many years' upset with the original round shoe lace, I replaced it with regular flat shoe lace and it works very well now. Therefore, I suggest you also get a regular flat shoe lace ready when the round lace is not properly holding up, so you can just replace it.

Answer:	Insoles are lightly glued in toward the heal. With a little work you can remove them without damaging the insole or shoe. I wear orthotics and they fit best with the insoles removed.

Answer:	These are Work Boots; not recreation boots. They're insulated; but so much that they'd be good for outdoor activities in below freezing weather UNLESS you're constantly moving. I think they're water resistant enough to withstand snow and ice; but not wading through puddles of un-frozen water. And the clogs on the sole would probably accumulate more slush and snow than other boots created for this purpose . . . . but these are good Work Boots.

I have to wear ice cleats over these boots to walk in icy pavements. However, they are definitely water proof and can keep your feet warm if worn with wollen shoes.

Answer:	No the white ledge is not steel-toed better of excellent quality I warned them for years and they last for years I hope you have the same experience

Answer:	The soles are glued and stitched in. You can also can easily take the cushion out and add another in it. It's a nicely crafted shoe that is water resistant and comfortable. I wore them in the snow and they kept my feet dry and warm. They also have good tread to prevent a lot of slidding.
Question:	What is the actual weight of these shoes
Answer:	Weight is subjective...depends on size. I wear size 14 and I'm sure they weight twice as much as a small mans size. I shopped in a store before buying and compared these to a number of other brands and they are among the lighter weight boots among of the better brands. I found some inexpensive brands that were much lighter but not very good quality. They are not so heavy as to feel weighted. They are not as stiff as I anticipated them to be either.

Answer:	No worries, I own a pair of the (stylish) brown 10 (W) and recall the day I was watering the potted plants on my porch and paid no attention that I was getting my comfortable kicks wet. Well after the fact, I was almost sure that I ruined them, NOT!! Yes, they spotted yes, they Looked blotched, but no no no no NO, because as soon as they dried my relaxed fitted kicks were looking shiny & new once again; I say again because as other proud owners have said these baby's ARE WATER PROOF, YES!! 6= years (shinning them myself) with a soft dry or damp terry-cloth these baby's are still looking sharp n stylish as ever.

Answer:	Although these boots don't technically have a "steel toe", neither do many of the other brands that use that language when describing their boots either. What my husband L-O-V-E'S about these boots is that he stands ALL DAY LONG- on a Concrete Floor in a Millwork Shop, and before we got these boots, he would literally come home and just Collapse on the couch (this is a Really Fit Guy, btw!), ALL because his feet were killing him! The reason his "Old" boots were killing him, you ask?! They indeed were SO OLD that they DID have REAL STEEL TOES- and they weighed about 15 pounds a boot! Now, this guy is a retired Marine, so Boots are kind of 'his thing'.....but apparently his ability to replace them went out the window 16 years ago when he married me! So, his boots (although not 16 years old, were darn near that!)~~ With these Sketchers, they are lightweight (thus the "steel Toe" discussion), hold up, and for all us girls out there....they really Don't Smell after a long day wearing them in the heat--surprise, surprise!! All in all, they were an awesome buy, and I WILL buy them again for him when he wears these ones out!

Answer:	I would have to say 1 1/2 size difference. If a woman normally wears an 8 in women's, you should probably order 6.5 in these men's boots.

Answer:	No. People often order boots too small for some reason. I wear 10.5 wide in under armour running shoes and the same in timberlands. Timberlands fit me the same every time. Ive had about a dozen pairs in different styles and i always do 10.5 wide which is my shoe size and they always fit

Question:	How do they compare in build quality to thorogoods or Red wings? Any more stylish Pro timberlands
Answer:	I can tell you from personal experience that these particular boots hold up better than the boots I used to purchase at the Red Wing store for $275.00. The Red Wings are comfortable and well built, but the leather is soft, it rips, and the soles wear down quickly. You can get them resoled but I never had the leather last long enough to warrant getting them resoled. I would get 9 months from a pair on average. One year I was low on funds and tried these Timberland PRO boots. It was a slow time in construction, so I wasn't wearing them 5 or 6 days a week 10 hours a day, but they lasted me three years. I bought a second pair, wore them daily, and got 18 months out of them. They were beat looking but still comfortable with some tread left. I'd say these boots are easily good for a year, 10 hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Invest in toe guards if you want to get the most life out of these boots, especially if you kneel a lot or rest things on the toe for leverage.

Answer:	I am not familiar with colorless shoe wax. I use boot oil on mine. I would think that it should work and can think of a reason why it wouldn't. Hope this helps.

Answer:	They fit small, normally I wear a 10 1/2 but with this boots I'm wearing a size 11
