In general, La Sportiva runs relatively true to size, with some customers experiencing the fit to run a bit large as climbing shoes go. | Answer: | I know this question is old but maybe the answer can help others. When you rent shoes at the gym they often give you larger than street size so you don’t scream in pain when you’re new. Also, brands and models differ greatly in sizing. Unless you know your specific size in a specific shoe, this is one of those items that really is best purchased in store where you can try them on. |
