Answer:	My ankles turn out. Some soft soled shoes wear down too quickly but these don't. They're worth the price for the comfortability.

Answer:	This shoe DOES NOT have a composite or steal toe so it WILL NOT "protect your feet if anything heavy falls down" on them. It is all soft mesh on top. It does have the anti-slip sole which is great! I've bought 3 pair so far, 2 for me and 1 as a gift for my brother. As you can see I'm very happy with the shoe. I personally would like them in different colors, perhaps at least a brown option.
