Answer:	I also don't have this exact chair, but my favorite office chair ever had a "flat" bottom and rocking/leaning back. I didn't realize it before having that specific chair, but when the whole seat pivots back, it places undue pressure on the back of your knees. Answer:	I’m into my 3rd year wearing them every day for work 11 hr shift driving commercial bus. After 6 months I inserted Dr S, insoles-awesome. Very comfortable and durable. The size runs Small, I wear a 12 had to get them in 13. They don’t produce this shoe anymore, you will only find leftover stock.
