| Answer: | Depends on how you use them. I do a lot of work in a rocky and dusty and sometimes muddy environment and am able to wash off and then go back with kiwi shoe polish for a nicer finish. |

| Answer: | These boots are very durable. The liner is Ariat's waterproof pro material. There heel is particularly sturdy, and it seems these boots were designed with the consideration that many users may wear spurs with them. With proper boot socks heel wear shouldn't be an issue. That said, I've owned two other pairs of waterproof boots from this company, and have managed to eventually break down the liner in past pairs along the flex point in the forefoot. This occurred after extensive wear over the course of two or three years in both cases. This did not effect the overall function, but did cause some moisture to be allowed inside when they were kept wet for a long period. |
