Answer:	I don't know what the leather is treated with but I've had my boots about six months. Through rain and puddles of water as well as 6" of snow, they have not gotten the least bit of moisture on the inside of the boots. I'm quite pleased with them!

The tongue on the boot is not stitched to the sides to prevent water from getting in. Dont work on a ladder but i do walk periodically at least a mile a day in the warehouse and my feet dont hurt. I wear my boots more than 12hrs a day with no problem so far.

Answer:	I measured the length of my foot then picked the boot size based on the size chart on the Rockrooster website. I did not need to exchange them after doing that. Boot sizes seem to vary a bit between manufacturers so I'd recommend using your foot length and the manufacturer's chart.
Question:	Are the size 10 and size 11 the same width? I have a size 11 wide and they are too long but a little snug in width
Answer:	I wear a size 14 in vans sneakers and a 15 insulated work boot. These only go to 14 so I tried them being non insulated maybe I’d luck out. At first they were a little tight but once they broke in they feel decent. I’d say order true to size you’d rather have a little extra room than not enough. If you’re at a half size definitely round up

The foot bed makes more bottom And side of foot contact, and much much more stable. You can move in these. It is a work boot, stabilizes ankle, you can move, walk, carry and push. Has a very nice footbed, all this “if” you lace and tie your boots proper. If you run around with loose laces or boots half untied and unkept? Then revoke my statements. .

Safety Toe

Heat-Resistant Outsole (HRO)

Irish Setter has developed outsoles that have been designed and tested to perform on high heat surfaces. Soles identified as HRO are heat resistant to melting at a minimum of 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
