| Answer: | These are house shoes(slippers) and yes they are fine for high arch but what you need to do is stretch them out a little for high arches. I put empty water bottles in mine for the 1st couple weeks. These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever bought 2nd pair and with the no slip rubber soul I can go outside and not worry about getting wet taking the trash out. |

| Answer: | I haven't had to replace on mine but you can go to the manufacturer website and see if they have insoles. Also take the old insole with you to a large pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens, that have a large foot products department and purchase an insole there. BTW, the insole looks washable. I do this all the time with merrell insoles. Just don't put them in the dryer. |

| Answer: | Generally, I wear a shoe size 10. It can vary, however, from shoe manufacturer to shoe manufacturer. I ordered my Clarks Loafers a little big (size 11) since I usually wear thick socks when I use the slippers in my home. They are working fine for me since I bought in March. If you are wary of ordering online, perhaps you should find a local retailer and try them on. That's the only way you can be sure you are getting the right size. They get a little stretched out after the 1st week or so but they have 3 different straps with Velcro so you can adjust the tightness around your feet so they stay on well with out grabbing. I bought 2 pair. I bought a pair last year for the 1st time & they were so comfortable, I wore them all winter in the house with socks. These Clark's have a different & softer sole than the other Clark's. I broke my ankle about 10 years ago & it's difficult to find any shoes that are comfortable. These are by far the most comfortable shoes I own. |
