If large smooth rocks found on river trails the soft soles would be great because they are flexable and alow your foot to grip especially when jumping and are far better then say a basketball shoe. However if you running a trail with jagged sharp or pointed rocks your feet will hate you after your run and you will likly feel every step. I love UnderArmor shoes and currently have 3 pair. They are super light and comfortable. I hope that helped. |
