Answer:	I have had this shelter for 2.5 years. This year we got 33 inches of fine snow all at once. I have 2 shelters side by side. One shelter held up fine with the snow and the other buckled and collapsed under the snow. Still attached to the corral panels 😂 . I like them, the cows and horse like them, sturdy, will buy a replacement.
Question:	How do you install the delta clips
Answer:	We live in an area that at time can have high, gusty winds (up against Rocky Mountain foothills) 50-70 mph gusts. We were also concerned before buying it to know if it would hold up or not in high winds. It did not hold up for us. But I see one on display further east of us on the plains at a farm store and it looks fine. They may get high winds, but not the down draft gusts that we get. How well this holds up in winds may depend on what kind of winds and how strong of winds you get.

Answer:	The cleat attachment points are recessed into the tread of the shoe so clears not required. Soles are not road racing stuff, but quite rigid for good power transfer. Advanced riders, especially those who are out of the saddle a lot and dancing might be more comfortable in the 0 degree float Look Deltas.

Answer:	Mine fit pretty true to size but they are a bit narrow. This is common as I have wide feet so I put a shoe stretcher in over night and now they fit perfectly.

The Slipstream will NOT work with your pedals if they look like this.

Some bikes, such as Pelotons, will come equipped with these Delta style pedals. This is a different cleat than what our shoes use.

You can very easily install new SPD-compatible pedals on your bike if you would like to change that. Search online for guidance.

Dual Pedal

If your pedal has both SPD and Delta style connections, then you're good to go!

Some pedals come equipped with a different connection method on each side of the pedal. As long as one side of your pedal can accommodate an SPD cleat, you can use our shoes with ease (as long as you have an SPD cleat installed, of course).

Answer:	If you purchase through amazon, they will return them no problem. Its free returns through amazon as well!
Question:	My husband wears a size 13 in regular running shoes. Can he wear a 13 in these shoes
Answer:	These are women’s sizes. TIEM currently only produces shoes in women’s sizes.
Question:	Are these men’s or women’s shoes
Answer:	You can attach any brand of SPD clip, but it must be an SPD cleat (not Delta, LOOK, or SPD-SL). Our recommendation for best performance is the Shimano SM-SH51 cleat which is also available on Amazon.
Question:	Good for wider feet
Answer:	Yes,these bike shoes are compatible with Look Keo cleats.

Answer:	I bought my look delta cleats separate and installed them on the bottom of these with ease. Works great with my peloton at good price.

Answer:	They do not come with cleats
Question:	Does this shoe come with clips? Some reviews say yes while at least one explicitly says no
Answer:	They rattle if not clipped in.
Question:	I see there is european sizing as well as american.. i wear a 10.5 shoe, so which size should i go for
Answer:	I wear 7, ordered 7.5 because they didn't have 7; sent it back and got 6.5. Toe is right to end but they are working fine with cycle. So I'd say likely run true to size.
Question:	Is the outsole rigid like dedicated MTB shoes
Answer:	No, you will need to purchase separately and install it yourself.
