Answer:	I don't know for sure. I wore mine after tummy tuck and could do yoga, pilates and a simple ab workout.

Answer:	"Hook receptive" is actually a somewhat confusing term. "Hook-and-loop" fasteners or "hook-and-pile fasteners" are often referred to by the genericized trademark name "Velcro". Because of objections by the Velcro Brand however, we can't use that term. When we say our binder is "hook receptive", we mean that our elastic has tiny little nylon loops over the entire height and length of the fabric. At one end of the binder is a soft plastic strip with tiny hooks that will adhere anywhere on the binder (the "Velcro" strip). When putting on the binder, you hold the end without the Velcro in your left hand. The end with the Velcro (recognizable by the label) goes in your right hand. The left side goes against your body. With your right hand you pull the Velcro over the elastic and push it down when you feel the desired compression. No matter where you put it, the Velcro will always adhere. As your body changes you can pull the binder more or less tight and adjust the compression. Our binder comes in a plastic reusable zipper bag with printed Instructions for Use.

Answer:	i don’t think you can, its sodered to the back of the bulb. i’ve had mine for over a year, and still is working, probably cheaper to just replace the whole thing.

Answer:	I would say no, it has flimsy sticky tape on the base, that will probably loosen with outside moisture, it also comes with screw holes and small screws which probably won't penetrate most outdoor surfaces, I would buy my own outdoor screws that would fit the base and you should be good to go, and also the bulb is not shielded from rain if you use it outdoors.

Answer:	You might be able to find an ac adapter but that contradicts the purpose of the light which is to provide light where running an ac line would be difficult such as a closet in an old house or in a cabin without electrical service.
