First of all you have to measure your wrist circumference (with a thread or a mobile phone charger cable for example). In your case we now have 22.45cm. Then you have to add 1.5cm, because the circumference of the bracelet is always a bit tighter, even if the length is the same. So we have 23.95cm. Now you can look at the table in the 2nd picture on the product page. It says you need XL, so the 23cm bracelet. This can also be extended to 24cm with the extra link attached. Kind regards!

How to determine the circumference of your wrist

The inner diameter of the bracelet is always slightly smaller than the length. If you measure your wrist circumference, please add 1.5cm for the appropriate length.

A tape measure is of course very helpful here. You can also put a thread or even a mobile phone cable tightly around your wrist and measure the length afterwards with a ruler. Add 1.5cm to this result.
