Instructions for use:

1. Adjust the shape of grillz is about the size of your mouth, then place the fixing bar in to the middle of grillz.
2. Pick up the grillz and fixing bar together. Then Submerge both the grillz and fixing bar in hot water(~170℉) for approximately 15 seconds or until the bar becomes clear.
3. Place the grillz onto your teeth and adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire. The fixing bar should take approx.20 seconds to harden.

Answer:	After the grillz are molded, you can take them on and off just like a mouthguard. They should fit comfortably firm, but also easy enough to take out with your fingers.

Answer:	It is a simple matter of placing the silicone strip in and bending the prons in the back to hold it in place. Heat the water and place the grillz in it. Then center it to your teeth and shove it into place. The silicone in the grill will shape to your teeth so with crooked teeth or with braces it should work fine.

iNSTRUCTIONS
