Answer:	It's def not designed for that. However, you have 13" of vertical space in the rear plate compartment. If you cut a small hole at the shoulder you could fit a hydration tube through that could be easily secured by the existing shoulder band and terminate at the top MOLLE band on the front of the vest (ie accessible to mouth). But the load in for the rear plate compartment is from the bottom, so without a proper hanging point inside your hydration bag is likely to slump and slide around during maneuvers. Not the end of the world, but...

Answer:	I wear 36 waist jean and have above average upper body and vest has a goo 6-8" of adjustment and the heavy waist belt will adjust another 4-6" so I would say yes it will probably fit you.

Answer:	I'm 5'6" and 130lbs... It is still a little large on me even with all adjustments at the tightest. Biggest issue is the shoulders which do adjust, but not easily or very well. It will require some modification to work and with an under carrier it fits much better, but is layered and hot.

He tried on a medium, it was a little large through the chest area but the length didn't change at all, so I would probably look for a "tall" in your case. I would be afraid it wouldn't be long enough. This vest is the BEST for travel!
