Answer:	Have you reached out to the seller? When I initially ordered the sweatshirt there was a imperfection in it and they were awesome and sent me another one. I love mine! Perhaps there is something within the seams that is puckering and not fitting right due to that. I would check the seams or reach out to the seller and let them know. They were fantastic with me!
